Apple & Pear Omelette with Blue Cheese and Thyme

Breakfast seems to be the most important meal of the day, at least that’s what people say. For me, morning is a special time and I love to take it slow; with relaxing music, a good cup of coffee and a bite. One thing’s for sure, if you eat a delicious breakfast, it will make the sun shine brighter and warmer, and you will feel happier during the day. After this kind of an introduction, I’m sure you’re thinking about a perfect recipe for tomorrow morning. An omelette with sweet fruits mixed with the strong taste of blue cheese and thyme is an interesting choice, and it will definitely surprise your taste buds.

The secret to a fluffy omelette lies in well prepared eggs. To be more precise, you need to whip the whites well. It takes some time to do this by hand, that’s where the KitchenAid® Artisan® Mini can help. It’s mini, powerful and the perfect tool for smaller recipes - like whipping three egg whites.

If you’re up for a big breakfast, this recipe is for you. But, you can easily share it with someone special. People also say that sharing is caring, so if there are more hungry folks around, you’ll need to double the ingredients.
